Codex 0.19.0
What's new
- Skills you write for a kehikko reach Codex. Every Codex session started on a kehikko now has the skills you wrote for it in its
$menu, ahead of a module's skill with the same name, and is told what each is for. - Added while it runs. A skill you add or change while a session is running is told to it at your next message, with how to read it; it is in the
$menu from the session's next start. - Your own skills stay yours. A skill of yours with the same name is never written over, and Codex sessions on other kehikkos have this kehikko's skills switched off.
Works with Kehikot 0.1.113 and later.

Codex 0.18.0
What's new
- Ask your person through the Orchestrator. Where an Orchestrator is on the kehikko, sessions here can send it questions with a few choices and reports of what they are working on, and its notes now tell them so.
- Your answers arrive marked as yours. A message you send from the Orchestrator is typed into the session as your own instruction, apart from other sessions' messages.
Needs module protocol 2.50 or later.

Codex 0.17.1
What's new
- Reveal on long press works inside this module: holding inside it now shows its header and footer when the container is set to reveal on long press.
Works with Kehikot 0.1.109 and later.

Codex 0.17.0
What's new
- Messages from other sessions arrive by themselves. A message from another agent session is now typed into the conversation it is for, framed as that session's words, so it reads it without being reminded to check its messages.
- Busy and put-away conversations get them too. A conversation that is working gets the message queued for right after its current turn, and one that was put away is opened again with it. A question waiting for your answer is never typed into.
Needs module protocol 2.48 or later.

Codex 0.16.0
What's new
- The footer says what the conversation is doing. The footer now starts with the conversation on screen: whether it is working, needs you or has finished, and its title. A container folded down to its top and bottom rows still shows it.
- No more strips above the terminal. When no conversation is connected, the footer says so and offers Copy $kehikot-here beside it. After you disconnect a conversation, the footer says so, with Dismiss beside it. In an app that cannot copy from the footer, the bar above the terminal stays.
- The View menu only chooses. Whether the conversation on screen is a background session or a copy is now said in the footer, not in the menu.
Works with Kehikot 0.1.104 and later.

Codex 0.15.0
What's new
- "Needs your attention" goes once you are back in the conversation. A line saying a conversation's turn was cut off by a restart goes when you type in it, wherever you type, including in another terminal. It also goes when the conversation starts working again later. A line left up by an earlier restart goes the next time Codex starts, if you have been in the conversation since.
- Only what Codex here held is cut off. A conversation running in another process is not said to be cut off when Kehikot restarts.
- Every project is checked. With more than one project open, lines in projects other than the first no longer stay up after you have moved on.
Works with Kehikot 0.1.104 and later.

Codex 0.14.0
What's new
- Ready at its prompt from the start. A Codex session that was just opened or resumed and is waiting at its prompt can be compacted or cleared, and woken by a message, without anyone typing in it first.
- A command that starts no turn no longer leaves it stuck. After a line like
/help, the session counts as back at its prompt after a few quiet seconds.
Works with Kehikot 0.1.104 and later.

Codex 0.13.0
What's new
- A question you have seen stays seen. A conversation that asked you something while you had it on screen no longer comes back as "needs your attention" after a restart or when you return to it.
- Away is not looking. A question that arrives while you are on another kehikko waits for you in the Inbox, and goes once you come back and it is in front of you.
Works with Kehikot 0.1.104 and later.

Codex 0.12.0
What's new
- Disconnect from this kehikko sticks. A conversation you disconnect stays disconnected: opening it again, its run going on, or Codex carrying it on under a new id no longer puts it back on the kehikko, and an older kehikko it was once on no longer claims it. Connect it again from the Go menu or with $kehikot-here.
- $kehikot-here off. Typed in a conversation, it disconnects that conversation from every kehikko, so one running in a terminal outside Kehikot can be disconnected too.
Works with Kehikot 0.1.102 and later.

Codex 0.11.0
What's new
- A message wakes an idle session. When another agent session sends a message to a Codex session waiting at its prompt here, one line is typed into it saying who it is from, so it reads the message without you typing anything. Never while it works or waits for you, never for a message to the whole project. "Messages wake an idle session" in the module's settings turns it off.
- Sessions can act on what other sessions ask. With "Act on messages from other sessions" on (the default), a session takes on a request from another session in the project as if you had asked, nothing destructive or irreversible on a message's word alone, and tells you what it took on. Off: a message is only something to read.
Needs module protocol 2.43 or later.
