- 抖音：浏览器兜底偶发
CDP -32000 No resource with given identifier found（detail 响应已返回，但浏览器提前回收了响应体，属偶发竞态）导致下载直接失败；现在只对这类浏览器/CDP 抖动自动换一个干净浏览器重试一次，两次都失败才报错。 - 抖音：命中风控（detail 返回 302/403 等非 200）时不再自动重试——重试会重置风控窗口；改为直接提示稍等几分钟再试。

- Douyin: the browser fallback occasionally failed with
CDP -32000 No resource with given identifier found(response arrived but its body was reclaimed early — an intermittent race). It now retries once with a fresh browser on this class of browser/CDP hiccup only. - Douyin: when risk control returns a non-200 detail response (302/403), the app no longer retries (retrying resets Douyin's risk-control window) and instead asks you to wait a few minutes.
