• In-App Phoenix Container Updates: Enabled triggering Phoenix Docker image pulls and non-blocking container rebuild/restart directly from PAIR UI via telemetry/update.
• Observability UI Enhancements: Added Phoenix image version badges (v20.19.0), an update alert banner with version target and dismiss support, a manual "Check for Updates" button, and an "Update Phoenix" action button to ObservabilityCard in Service Settings.
• Dynamic Compose Project Detection: Enhanced scripts/telemetry-phoenix.sh with update and pull subcommands and automatic -p "$EXISTING_PROJECT" detection, eliminating naming and container recreation collisions across packaged and dev environments.
