Menu Bar Job Activity

• Live Job Count in the Icon: The tray icon now reports queued, initializing, and running jobs as a numeral inside the PAIR pentagon, capped at 9+, replacing the static mark.
• Failure Alert: A ! marks a failed job for 30 seconds and then clears, so a retired failure cannot shout forever. Windows and Linux render it in red; macOS paints a template image in the menu bar's own colour, so there the glyph shape carries the alert.
• No More White Square: The icon shipped as a macOS template image built from the full-colour app icon. Template rendering keeps only the alpha channel, and the mark's node glyph is dark paint rather than transparency, so it flattened to a solid block. The mark is now drawn from pixel maps with genuine cutouts, so template mode has something to draw.
• Hover Detail: The tooltip spells out the counts (PAIR — 2 active · 1 failed) instead of the application name alone.
• No Repaint Storm: The icon redraws when it would look different rather than on every event, because a backend restart evicts one workload catalog entry at a time.
