JasperFx 2.100.1

JasperFx 2.100.1 is a patch release with one fix.

• CatchUpAsync no longer returns cleanly while a shard has faulted (#1134 / #1135). The tracker delivers a failed shard's state to listeners asynchronously, so the daemon's Recorder could still be empty when CatchUpAsync checked it, and it reported success though a projection had thrown. That was the cause of flaky daemon tests in Marten (marten#5696) and Polecat (polecat#933). ForceAllMartenDaemonActivityToCatchUpAsync and its Polecat and Fisher equivalents now fail when a projection throws.
