🐛 Bug Fixes

Git layers: work with simple-git environment guards

• FIXED Issue #45: Company/team git layers failing to clone or pull, especially under VS Code ("Use of GIT_EDITOR / GIT_CONFIG_COUNT is not permitted...")
• Interactive env vars (editor, pager, askpass) injected by VS Code are no longer passed to git
• Token, GitHub CLI and basic auth credential helpers are explicitly permitted

CLI flags

• FIXED Issue #41: --version and --health-check crashed with ENOENT instead of reporting
• --health-check verifies package version, Node.js >= 20 and embedded knowledge presence
• Unknown flags now print usage instead of crashing

🔒 Security

• Updated dependencies to resolve npm audit advisories (5 critical, 18 high)
• zod 3 → 4, simple-git 3 → 4, MCP SDK 1.25 → 1.32, vitest 3 → 4

🧹 Maintenance

• Removed accidentally committed .bckb-cache gitlink; .bckb-cache/ is now ignored
