dsh-rea 0.5.0 — REA 6.8.0

Bridges the REA 6.8.0 MCP server into DeepSeek Harness as mcp__rea__* tools, with the lazy /rea gate. Analysis capabilities belong to upstream REA.

Upstream

  • rea-agents 6.8.0 (pinned exactly)
  • Catalog 229 tools (was 207 in 6.7.0 / 170 in 6.4.0)
  • Skill v49, tool_count=229, seven reference documents
  • Model-side projection 273,264 bytes (the lazy gate keeps it out of requests until /rea)

Verified on the desktop runtime

  • pnpm test — 70/70
  • pnpm verify — 35/35 differential checks (native + PTC)
  • pnpm verify:lazy — 7/7
  • Live MCP handshake against the packaged tarball: initialize → tools/list (229) → tools/call
  • Tested on Node 24.21.0 (the bundled DSH runtime). rea-agents@6.8.0 declares ^22.23.4 || ^24.22.1 || >=26.12.1, one patch above 24.21.0, so this pair is verified empirically rather than assumed — see verification/README.md.

Install

dsh-rea: https://github.com/JeremyWangCY/dsh-rea/releases/download/v0.5.0/dsh-rea-0.5.0.tgz

Ships lib/ (including the vendored MCP bridge), cordis.patch.yml, both READMEs and LICENSE. @deepseek-ai/dsh-* host services are peer dependencies provided by DSH itself.

Changes since 0.4.0

  • Merged upstream PR #1 (lazy gate fixes: /rea off relock, ordered history replay, fail-closed history, skill registered once via the plugin context and released on relock)
  • Contained async unlock-hook rejections so a failing hook stays a logged warning
  • Lazy-exposure harness now mirrors the real AgentLoop inject list
  • rea-agents bumped 6.4.0 → 6.8.0; version and catalog size are read at runtime, never hardcoded
