1. Please make sure your target is supported by reviewing the table below. If support for your target is unknown, then there are no guarantees that Jet's compilers will work on your machine.

   Note: x86_64 is considered equivalent to amd64
   Note: macOS arm64 and Windows arm64 testing is currently limited. If you would like to help out with release testing on macOS or Windows arm64 hardware, please create an issue mentioning <target> testing support in the title and tag JetJet13.

2. Install dependencies

   • MacOS (x86_64 & aarch64)

     xcode-select --install
     

   • Linux GNU (x86_64 & aarch64)

     apt update
     apt install libc6-dev libc++-dev libc++abi-dev libunwind-18-dev
     

   • Linux MUSL (x86_64 & aarch64)

     apk update
     apk add libc++ libc++-dev compiler-rt llvm-libunwind-dev musl-dev
     

3. Download the release asset for your target:

4. Unzip the tar ball

   tar -xf ./x86_64-macos-jet-binaries-v0.1.0-alpha.tar.gz  -C <destination-folder>

   Your <destination-folder> should now contain jet and jet-debug. Feel free to add them to your PATH.

     └── jet-debug
