• DSH 0.1.7+ 上插件加载失败导致 dsh 崩溃重启循环（#2）：@deepseek-ai/dsh-settings 自 0.1.7 起不再导出 settingsNamespace，也不再提供 ctx.settings.register。墓碑改为插件自己的文件 ~/.dsh/archived-sessions/tombstones.json（经 ctx.fs 读写），不再依赖 settings 命名空间。
  • Crash loop on DSH 0.1.7+: the removed settingsNamespace export broke the plugin import; tombstones now live in the plugin's own file store via ctx.fs.
• Typert wire 契约跟上新版：codec 改用 0.1.7 的 create: () => schema 形态；$mount 做了类型桥接（client-runtime 的类型仍描述旧 codec）。
• peerDependencies 放宽为 >=0.1.7-rc.2 <0.3.0：此前 ^0.1.0-rc.7 在 DSH 0.2.x 上会被安装器直接拒绝。
  • Peer range widened so DSH 0.1.7–0.2.x installs are accepted.
