• Download the appropriate release for your system
• Extract SceneScoutW.exe to a folder of your choice
• Drag video files and/or folders onto SceneScoutW.exe and it will do the necessary setup and invoke SceneScout
• You can also run SceneScoutW.exe without dragging files into it to do only the prerequisite checks
