Fixes a crash when the server runs without --admin-url: diagnose, and get_top_queries or diagnose with a node, stopped the server. They now report that the admin server is not configured. multigres-mcp-0.1.1.mcpb is an MCP Bundle with the same platforms as 0.1.0.
