Missing rails, rafters and walkways

Some areas -- Kibogaoka Hill and the Fortified Residential Zone among them -- had pieces of their scenery missing, railings and walkways among them. The game sends that scenery in batches longer than the renderer kept (16,384 indices), and the rest was dropped. They are drawn whole now, on every platform. Thanks to the players who reported it!

The boost dash over shadows and glass

The boost's heat haze broke up into blocky, smeared patches wherever a shadow, a pane of glass or a spray of particles was on screen. Fixed: the frame keeps no transparency, as on the console.

Less z-fighting in the distance

Graffiti, windows and signs flickered against their walls far away. Positions are now worked out the same way by every shader, and depth is kept in floating point with its precision in the distance, wherever the graphics driver allows (Metal, and OpenGL 4.5 on Windows and Linux).

Up to 6× the resolution, and a portable mode

The resolution goes to 6× (3840×2880, for a 4K screen) on Windows, Linux and Mac. On Windows and Linux everything -- settings, cache, logs, unpacked disc images -- can now live in the download's own folder: Windows asks on the first start, and --portable (or a file named portable.txt) switches later.

How it was tested

On a Mac, with Metal and with OpenGL, 0.5.6 against 0.5.7: Kibogaoka Hill (a walkway missing in every frame of 0.5.6, there in every frame of 0.5.7), the Fortified Residential Zone with a log of its batch sizes and of where the dropped part lands on screen, and the boost dash in the race against Beat; Dogenzaka Hill in seven missions with a log of the batch sizes; then the release build on the title, on Dogenzaka Hill with SMAA and MSAA 4×, in the Fortified Residential Zone and on Kibogaoka Hill. Linux (Mesa): the attract demo and the portable switch. Windows (under Wine): the title screen, the first-start question and the portable switch. The Android and iPhone builds were built and checked, not run.

Everything else is in the changelog, and installation instructions are in the README.
