• Use relative root distances for the default pole-zero cancellation criterion in transfer-function minreal. An explicit positional tolerance uses the absolute-distance criterion. See ControlSystems.jl#1089.
• Correct the numerical-rank threshold and convergence criteria in place_knvd, including input matrices with nearly dependent columns and real systems with complex target poles. See ControlSystems.jl#1091.
