IKEMaker 0.79.6

This release expands IKEMaker's authoring workflow while keeping source code, drafts, Undo, and normal Save behavior authoritative.

Move Lab

  • Move Lab can now discover, open, and edit exact assigned CNS/ZSS StateDefs and ZSS Functions—not only attacks.
  • Ordinary movement, guard, get-hit, recovery, custom states, and shared functions work without requiring a HitDef, JNP constants profile, AIR, or SFF.
  • Equal state numbers and duplicate names are kept distinct by character, file, source snapshot, signature, and exact block range.
  • State/function drafts survive switching and failures, detect stale source, preserve newer typing, and never silently jump to another block.
  • Retained orphan drafts remain visible for manual copying or explicit discard.
  • Shared sources are identified, and the contextual Maps browser is available from the selected code block.
  • Direct HitDefs and optional constants profiles remain in the same Moves / Overview workflow.

AIR and animation editing

  • Added visible New Action, Duplicate Action, Delete Selected, frame reordering, and reviewed batch Clsn2 editing.
  • Text and visual AIR workflows share the same guarded Clsn2 proposal and Apply path.
  • Transition suggestions, custom roles, exclusions, inherited defaults, dirty-source checks, and one-step Undo behavior were tightened.

Command and movelist authoring

  • Expanded command timeline, direction, and reusable preset authoring.
  • Added a Source / Visual Editor for loaded movelist glyphs with real sprite previews, conservative unknown-token handling, and exact source preservation.

Player Palette Workshop

  • Player mode now includes focused palette preview, add, replace, create, edit, export, and palette-folder access.
  • Broader SFF and code-authoring tools remain outside Player mode.

Explod Composer

  • CNS output now preserves facing, palette ownership/remap, transparency, hit-pause, remove-on-hit options, and timeline Create events alongside Modify, Bind, and Remove.
  • Reviewed generation identity prevents inserting output that changed after it was displayed.

Viewer and workflow corrections

  • Corrected Move Lab P2 zoom drift and standardized fighter/coordinate viewer grids.
  • Improved exact component routing, return context, retained drafts, source-conflict handling, and same-panel navigation.
  • Updated the source and next-week Phase 1 handoff without starting Phase 2, Flow Mode, tournament mode, or website work.

The standard Offline and Online packages do not include LuaLS. The clearly labeled With-LuaLS variants include the reviewed Lua Language Server package behind an explicit optional installer choice. The raw VSIX never includes LuaLS.

Installed interaction and engine behavior still need hands-on testing where noted in IKEMaker. Specialized Helper/Explod/projectile Move Lab views, embedded AIR/Clsn controls, Stage/Screenpack contextual editing, CMD caret/owner routing, destination colors, contextual Help, and final installed-package QA remain scheduled Phase 1 work.
