Fixed

• Deleted archived sessions could linger under Ungrouped in the sidebar. Deleting a cold (persisted, not-open) session emitted no session/disposed, so the browser kept its stale session.list row; removing the id from the archive set merely un-hid it as Ungrouped until the next reconnect. The client now re-pulls the session.list baseline after a successful delete, pruning the stale row.
• Added a host smoke test (scripts/smoke-test.mjs) covering cold/live deletes, unarchive, and the unknown-session guard.
