Decky Sound Toasts v0.2.2

Fix: also suppress Steam's native screenshot shutter sound when a custom screenshot sound is set (a recent Steam update re-enabled it, causing both the default and custom sounds to play). Patches NotificationStore.OnScreenshotStarted; no Steam setting change needed.

Decky Sound Toasts v0.2.1

Renamed to Decky Sound Toasts (display name now prefixed with 'Decky' for consistency). No functional changes.
