Windows x64 native parser for the standard tokenAtlas source installation.
Built locally from parser sources 0ab55c4340b9f467b6301b09ef0022a6aa3ba4d27f6e268d0cd7b7f3dafee536 using the locked Cargo dependencies and RUSTFLAGS=-Ctarget-cpu=x86-64-v2.
_dev.bat downloads this asset automatically on machines without Rust/MSVC and verifies its SHA-256 against native/tokenatlas-parse/release.json. This helper release is not a stable application release.
Parser tests: 21 passed. Monitor source tests: 38 passed. All 53 dependencies in the Windows parser graph have copied upstream notices. The notices and binary checksum are attached.
