Windows x64 native parser for the standard tokenAtlas source installation.

Built locally from parser sources 0ab55c4340b9f467b6301b09ef0022a6aa3ba4d27f6e268d0cd7b7f3dafee536 using the locked Cargo dependencies and RUSTFLAGS=-Ctarget-cpu=x86-64-v2.

_dev.bat downloads this asset automatically on machines without Rust/MSVC and verifies its SHA-256 against native/tokenatlas-parse/release.json. This helper release is not a stable application release.

Parser tests: 21 passed. Monitor source tests: 38 passed. All 53 dependencies in the Windows parser graph have copied upstream notices. The notices and binary checksum are attached.

Portable Windows x64 native parser matching the current public tokenAtlas sources, including prepared first-token timing.
This is a parser prerelease, not a stable application release.

No macOS or Linux binary is included. No application data, transcripts, private configuration or landing website is part of this release.

This parser prerelease folds two nested conditions as suggested by Clippy; the short-circuit order and parsing behavior are unchanged.
