ADR-0022 (table years keyed by date, period boundaries in a table subdivision), ADR-0024 (stub with anchor and absorb) and ADR-0027 (registry in a separate repository) are accepted under the maintainer's delegation, resolving D1, D2 and D4. Pages that still called them Proposed or described 0.1.0 as unpublished are updated.
