Fixes the toolbar popup collapsing into a narrow vertical strip. The popup now declares a 360px minimum width instead of depending on the host's initial viewport width.

Download tagstoolgr-0.1.1.xpi and install it through Thunderbird → Add-ons and Themes → gear menu → Install Add-on From File. This updates the existing add-on.

Validation: reproduced the old 40px collapse in a browser sizing check; the corrected layout holds at 360px. Package integrity and version checked. Confirmation in live Thunderbird is still pending.
