Initial recreation of a previous project developed in Avalonia

As it stands this release intergrates with Open Banking via TrueLayer, Allowing you to track your finances with multiple bank accounts in one central space.

We're grabbing transactions, direct debits, standing orders, account information, balance. All stored encrypted at rest on your own server.
There are pages to search and run reports against your banking data as well as background sync every 4 hours so you're always up to date.

Packed with OTEL at the ready with Logs, Traces and metrics exported.

Additional notes

As a first prerelease with improvements over the Avalonia project there is a couple of things missing or broken

1. Ordering of things by date/time when querying, this is known to be broken in this release, this is due to querying on encypted columns. This is noted and down to be corrected
2. The Calender / Household Members / Debts(Not developed at the moment) are all incomplete and due to be resolved in the next release
