Moved code from Keiwen/Utils

Introduce builder to prepare a competition with all rules, competition class are used to actually run it in a 'iteration'
Introduce tree/phase to combine basic competition in complex nested ones
Introduce tree.phase builders

No game can be added in a competition: all have defined calendar according to parameter set in constructor.
Namespaces are split comparing to what existed in K-Utils repo
