DICOM3D v0.6.0 — Visual Research Workstation

From Pixels to Meaning.

Explore the live DICOM3D Safe Demo. Generalized reference anatomy opens first. Choose Explore Real CT Study to load the optional, attributed H000 research example; personal/patient imports and private imaging connections are excluded from this curated public host.

Workstation experience

  • Male BodyParts3D and female HRA reference anatomy, with 33 and 22 semantic groups and source-specific notices.
  • A dominant 4:3 3D viewport, resizable imaging dock, semantic-cube branding and collapsible controls.
  • Scientific, Holographic and Materialization modes over unchanged authoritative geometry.
  • Selection, visibility, isolation, camera controls and contextual Learn below Lab.
  • Optional H000 CT navigation and acquired-volume context, source SEG contours, separate amber mesh-plane comparison, linked cutaway and segmentation-masked CT interior.
  • Layer Sweep, a 512-sample default, pause/restart and reduced motion. Source boundaries remain independent of presentation progress and camera angle.

The curated study consists of exactly five admitted files, totaling 33,291,165 stored bytes, fetched only on explicit request. Original source samples, segmentation, geometry, spatial transformations and semantic identity are preserved. The study screenshot remains excluded.

Data derives from QIN LUNG CT (CT DOI) and QIN-LungCT-Seg (SEG DOI) under CC BY 3.0. Keep the full source notice, transformation disclosures and TCIA use-policy obligations downstream. Do not identify or contact participants. Generalized anatomy is not registered to the acquired study. No clinical qualification, new anatomical accuracy or comprehensive privacy certification is claimed.

Exact web revision and verification

The original immutable v0.6.0 tag remains at d3490dd659e19e44b8800abe87bbc626f45350a2. It records the original reference-only visual release. The subsequent curated Safe Demo and current documentation are commit cc5c1d9b25776ab055b6a8ac2afa48da63f33904 on main.

Pages deployment 39531191232 passed the curated build, exact admission, public-data and complete Git-index checks. A clean Git export reproduced the CI artifact exactly. All 386 deployed payload files / 149,677,904 bytes, plus the 61,683-byte manifest, matched; all five admitted objects matched their assessed hashes, and ten fixed excluded-data/screenshot controls returned 404.

Actual desktop Edge/WebGPU checks covered reference startup without H000 requests, male/female rendering and explicit public study loading, matching source pixels, intersecting/nonintersecting contours, linked volume/cutaway/interior and retained geometry. In the observed cache-disabled public session, study fetch/decode/verification took approximately 2.26 seconds; this excludes subsequent GPU volume preparation and is not a universal load-time guarantee. Local interaction replay also covered source-image selection, camera-independent contours, partial materialization, pause/restart, reduced motion and contextual learning. Other devices/browsers and clinical use are not qualified by these observations.

See the current Safe Demo instructions and exact data-admission policy. Historical candidate flags in the unchanged source metadata describe their earlier assessment; the current owner admission is separate and explicit.

Qualified installation distributions

Baseline installers remain reference-only; this separate web-data admission does not add H000 to their frozen archives.

Core passed fresh extraction, pinned image build, unprivileged/read-only loopback hosting, actual desktop rendering and lifecycle. The corrected native TGZ passed clean install and exact published v0.5.1 → v0.6.0 upgrade on both isolated pinned IRIS for Health images, authenticated rendering, restart/recreation, uninstall and same-artifact reinstall. Each upgrade retired exactly 204 obsolete old FileCopies and preserved all 375 current files. Fourteen bounded native retirement cases covered refusal, interrupted progress, resume and idempotence.

Initial clean-lane host-health alerts, later healthy lifecycle observations and the unverified authenticated low-privilege fixture are recorded explicitly in the native receipt. No accounts, roles or broader filesystem permissions were added. Back up and quiesce the installation before upgrade; rollback requires an approved recovery plan, not an assumed in-place downgrade.

Use the exact Core packaging source and native packaging source for reproduction. GitHub's automatic original-tag archives do not contain these later installer changes. Core checksums, native checksums and native artifact/source manifest bind the exact files. The five new native assets were independently downloaded and rehashed after additive upload.

The earlier native candidate's withheld-upgrade receipt remains historical; IPM_060_RECEIPT.md supersedes that native decision for the corrected TGZ. Existing Core assets and all v0.5.1 tags/assets remain unchanged. No proprietary IRIS image, credentials or private configuration is distributed.

Open Exchange and IPM registry publication remain user-owned and were not performed.
