• Priority-ordered routing across SearXNG, DeepSeek Search, Tavily, Brave, Exa, Firecrawl, Parallel, and DuckDuckGo.
• Configurable fallback, timeout, empty-result behavior, and cooldowns for rate/quota/credit failures.
• DSH Settings UI with English and Chinese localization.
• Provider credentials remain host-side in DSH credentials; stored key values are not returned to the browser UI.
• Provider error sanitization and bounded result text.
• Tested against DeepSeek Harness 0.1.0-rc.6; Node.js 20 and 22 CI.

Note: the active agent preset must expose DSH's built-in web_search tool (for example, the standard preset).
