Plugin: 1:1 functional replica of NanmiCoder/dsh-agent-teams v0.1.13 (MIT, see plugin/NOTICE) with whale avatars swapped for Meeseeks art. Same agent_teams_* tools, task DAG, scheduler, routes, slots.

Preset: Budget-AGI brain-and-swarm orchestrator (copy preset/budget-agi to ~/.dsh/.agent-presets/budget-agi).

Scripts: or-swarm + kilo-subagent free-model delegation (proven 6-agent mix at cost $0.0000).

Verified: tsc clean, upstream verify suite green, dump-config single entry, live :3080 boot serving Meeseeks PNGs.
