Fix
Binance: aggTrade events now populate TradeID from the aggregate trade id field a. Previously flowex read t, which aggTrade payloads do not carry, so every TradeID was "0" and downstream consumers could not dedupe trades. Plain trade events still read t.
API impact
None. Public surface unchanged.
