HyperHLE is an independent, AI-assisted fork of touchHLE — a high-level emulator (HLE) for early iPhone OS apps. It runs the original ARM binaries and re-implements iPhone OS frameworks in Rust, so no iOS system files or firmware are needed.
This fork focuses on faster iteration, better mobile support (always-installable signed Android builds) and broader app compatibility, while keeping a clean-room relationship to upstream (MPL 2.0, no copied code). See the repository README for the full fork statement.
