fix(freshrss): idempotent, confirmed subscribe/unsubscribe; surface backfill (2.3.10) (#30) Drop the action-routed reader and subscription tools (the SDK derives one typed tool per client method). subscribe reports already_subscribed, unsubscribe resolves the feed id and reports not_subscribed, and a gateway timeout from a slow origin is confirmed against the subscription list.
