Finalization

Finalize repository: credits, README/SETUP rewrite, graph wording

Completes the previous commit, which only carried the removals and renames:
- CREDITS.md: who did what and the project timeline (replaces the assignments text)
- README.md / SETUP.md rewritten for a finished project; hook/workflow steps removed
- docs/MATCHING_NOTES.md marked historical; graph wording for a complete project
