Public evaluation release of Polyphase Float by Komorebi P. The current code line is 0.20.0. This is a beta development candidate, not a production-ready or stable 1.0 release. APIs, numerical behavior and documentation may change.

The stated qualification obligations remain open, including sustained fuzz evidence, numerical-boundary and cap-exhaustion checks, certified-path arguments, independent review and outside-environment reproductions. See docs/ONE_POINT_ZERO_READINESS.md for the current requirements.
No fresh compiler or differential test suite was run during this publication step. Historical receipts are preserved as historical evidence. The latest hosted scheduled fuzz run inspected before publication did not execute test steps.
License: LGPL-3.0-or-later, with retained third-party notices. Feedback and reproducible bug reports are welcome.
