What's new

• xmod-theme plays on the first start after an install. Later starts load the song you played last, stopped.
• Polyphonic note keys: hold several keys for chords. The first key plays on the cursor's channel, the others on the song's next free channels. In edit mode only the cursor channel's note goes into the pattern. MIDI in is polyphonic too.
• Fix: songs made in ModPlug / OpenMPT that break to a row past 63 (Dxx) no longer loop in one pattern (e.g. "A shrubbery!").
• Fix: no more "BAD SONG IMAGE" at start after another firmware (e.g. xm4midi) left its songs in flash. XMOD ignores them and starts with xmod-theme.
• Console info tells whether a song is playing.

Updating

• From XMOD 1.1.0: install xmod.fwsc as usual; every song stays.
• Song space is now 604 KB (was 608 KB): the last 4 KB keep the last played song.
• Installing another firmware later: songs at the end of the app area are lost (and every song with the official firmware). Back up with the song manager first (Backup).
• After installing XMOD from Felucca, switch the FM-1 off and on.
• Official firmware V16 replaces the FM-1's boot loader: XMOD is not tested on it.

What's new

• More room for songs: 608 KB (was 292 KB), one song up to 608 KB. XMOD now also keeps songs in the end of the app area, which its own updates leave alone.
• Song manager: Reconnect and Refresh buttons; a replugged FM-1 is connected again by itself; the song loaded on the FM-1 can be deleted (xmod-theme, built in, loads instead).
• Mixer: the encoder scrolls the channel window.
• Fix: no volume overflow at full volume with a hard pan.
• The simulator keeps songs saved with 1.0.0.
