Release v2.1.0 - Quakecon 2024!

✅Renamed & trimmed down maps so that they all start with "qsm-".
✅Changed "Bag" to "Pack" for everything so that it's "Packman" for the game mode. The only exception is that info_bagspawn was unchanged so that existing maps still use those
✅Changed packman protection against quick deaths from 1s to 2s.
✅Made "noweapon" work for smash modes.
✅Changed smashmode2on2 to smashmodetdm since it can be played with any size teams.
✅Updated MOTD to mention more smash mod stuff.
