KyberBot CLI v1.6.0

Fixes

ChromaDB first-run: 5-minute startup timeout (was 30s). Docker image pulled separately.
Auto-recovery: Corrupted databases auto-recover with WAL cleanup
Timeline: Clean entries, no fragments, deduplication
Web UI: Served before auth middleware
Channels status: Disabled when none configured
Port conflicts: Clear error instead of hanging
