Bug fix for the v1.8.0 — Orchestration Layer release.

Fixes

• Auto-rebuild on Node version mismatch: CLI now detects NODE_MODULE_VERSION mismatch at startup (before any DB code loads), auto-runs pnpm rebuild better-sqlite3, and re-execs transparently. Users never see the error.
• Data protection: db-recovery.ts no longer treats native module errors as database corruption — previously it would rename perfectly good databases to .corrupted and create empty replacements
• Fleet port mismatch: Orchestration API requests could hit per-agent port listeners instead of the fleet server, returning 404
• Static orchestration import: Changed from dynamic import (silently fails) to static import
• DB init race condition: Fixed a bug where a failed schema execution would cache a broken database connection
