v4.1.6 — Fable 5.1 / MCP scope fix / API key UX

✨ Added

• Fable 5.1 model support — new flagship claude-fable-5-1 (Mythos-class, 1M context, $10/$50). Ships with the [1m] context-injection path; requires Claude CLI >= 2.1.251
• API Key Clear button — explicitly deletes the key from SecretStorage (blank input intentionally does NOT delete, guarding against accidental wipes)
• API Key masked preview & plaintext toggle — grey preview shows sk-ant-***-xxxx (keys < 12 chars show only ***), plus an eye button to temporarily reveal the key

🐛 Fixed

• Global MCP servers dropping to project level — clicking "Use Custom API Endpoint" (or changing any setting) used to flatten global MCP config into the workspace layer and wipe the global list. MCP servers now flow exclusively through the scope-isolated path; the backend defensively strips mcp.servers from the generic settings path
• mcp.enabled is now always written to the user (global) level as a master switch

🔄 Changed

• Opus 4.7 hidden from the model selector (community-reported regressions); data definitions kept for historical sessions, matching the Opus 4.5 treatment
• Removed the dead "MCP config target" mechanism and the destructive cleanupMcpServersFromOtherLevel() logic. No UI change

⚠️ MCP data recovery note

If you were affected by the global-MCP-wipe bug: your global mcp.servers were deleted, but a complete copy remains in the project's .vscode/settings.json. Move them back manually, or re-add the servers as global in the MCP panel.
