…orrectly. It seems the name mangling cmake variables aren't used in earlier versions of cmake, and so I've added a cmake check because I know it works at least at version 3.7.2 and above.

It seems the name mangling cmake variables aren't used in earlier versions of cmake, and so I've added a cmake check because I know it works at least at version 3.7.2 and above.
