PWM

Works with even-numbered GPIOs on the Pi Pico. GPIO 16+ shares PWM control with 0+ (e.g. 0 = 16, 2 = 18, 4 = 20, etc.)
When first initialized on a Pico, will have a duty cycle % of 0 and a frequency of 10kHz. If not enabling the PWM output during init, make sure Set Enable is called.
