Adds appAccess(request, id = "app", env) (Python: app_access(headers, listener_id)): who came to the App and with which application role, the stable contract of Lazurio decision 0231. Every answer has the same five fields: entry (environment, app, local, unknown), appRole (admin, user, none with unknown), person (Lazurio subject and username), source (gateway, later auth) and reason. A request whose Host names the App's hostname counts only by the gateway's statement; only a loopback Host is local; a missing, repeated or malformed statement is unknown, never a role. proof/gateway.ts runs both implementations behind the real gateway.
Available on an Environment once the gateway release that states the person and the entry (HumanAndMachine-ai/Machines#1103) reaches it; until then a hosted request reads unknown.
