Dramatically refactored and simplified code, removing remnants of Unity jargon, and improved JSON usage.

• Removed Dialogue structure in favor of a simple string array for subtitles.
• Removed GUIDs because they do not work when importing into Unity.

File Handling

This version is more lenient towards invalid json files and provides more information when things go wrong.
