Fixed

  • manifest.json version sync: bumped 3.10.0 -> 3.11.1 so the release workflow's version gate passes. The v3.11.0 tag shipped without the manifest bump and its release run failed at Verify tag ancestry and version sync; tags v* are immutable, so the fix lands as this patch release. All 3.11.0 content ships unchanged in v3.11.1.
