Moving Ball and Canvas Redraw markedly alleviated typing-triggered screen flicker on the tested MSI / RTX Spark laptop. This is a user-reported workaround on one machine; the root cause is not established.

Two separate apps are provided. Each includes both continuous methods:

  • English: download SparkRefreshLab-0.3.0-en-US-win-x64.zip
  • 简体中文: download SparkRefreshLab-0.3.0-zh-CN-win-x64.zip
  1. Extract the complete ZIP. Keep all files together.
  2. Open the app's controls and choose Moving Ball or Canvas Redraw. Use one method at a time.
  3. Keep the small moving gray strip visible. It runs until you stop or exit; there is no 60-second limit. Click Exit on the strip to fully close it.

The English and Chinese versions must be used one at a time. Reopening the same app shows the existing controls. The unsuccessful GDI, WPF and hidden methods are not offered in the normal interface.

Requires installed .NET Framework 4.8.1 and Edge WebView2. These are x64 apps tested compatibly on Windows ARM64, not native ARM64 builds. No driver changes or autostart.

在这台 MSI / RTX Spark 电脑上实测，小球移动和画布重画都能明显缓和打字触发的屏幕闪烁。 这是单台机器的使用者反馈，属于临时缓解办法，根因尚未确定。

提供两个独立软件包，中文版和英文版各自都包含两种持续模式。

  1. 下载对应语言的完整 ZIP，解压整个文件夹，不要只取出 EXE。
  2. 打开控制面板，选择“小球移动”或“画布重画”，两个选一个。
  3. 保持右下角灰色小动画可见，正常使用电脑。它不会在 60 秒后停止；点小条“退出”即可完整关闭。

两个语言版本不要同时运行。同一版本再次打开会显示当前控制面板。第 3 种 GDI 更难受、第 4 种 WPF 无效果，普通界面已不提供；完全隐藏版也没有验证有效。

Diagnostic experiment for Windows on ARM / RTX Spark.

Initial user result: hidden mode did not eliminate the reported flicker. This is not a verified workaround. The real host window was hidden and JavaScript rAF continued at about 60 callbacks/s; those counters are not physical screen-refresh measurements.

Download and extract the complete win-x64 ZIP. Run Start hidden.vbs for hidden mode, or SparkRefreshLab.exe for the initially stopped control window. Stop/exit from the tray menu. This x64 host was tested on the affected ARM64 system; it is not a native ARM64 build. No autostart or system/driver-setting changes.

Finite no-paint self-test verified actual hidden/visible states, stopping and browser-process exit. A separate user comparison of this executable in visible/covered modes has not been performed.
