Volura 0.2.4: number only the colors that are used

The 3MF numbered filaments by the position of the color in the material list, so a
model in the 2nd, 3rd and 5th color needed five filaments in the slicer; OrcaSlicer
then fell back to filament 1. Only the colors that are used now get a filament,
1, 2, 3, ... in the order of the material list, so the file fits a slicer with as
many filaments as the model has colors. The export message says which color is on
which filament.

Volura 0.2.0: dark theme, 3D mouse, English interface

- Light/dark theme (Preferences > Display > Theme: System, Light, Dark) with
  readable contrast everywhere; the 2D plate stays light in dark mode.
- 3Dconnexion SpaceMouse support: through 3DxWare (siappdll), Windows Raw
  Input without a driver (old and new devices) and spacenavd on Linux.
- English is now the source language; Dutch stays available through
  Preferences > General > Language. Old shortcuts, files and Dutch layer
  names keep working.
