Secretary v1.0.0 - Early Preview

First public preview of the Secretary plugin for DeepSeek Harness.

Creates projects, starts independent task sessions, reads recent task progress, and sends follow-up instructions through registered tools and a secretary agent preset.

Install:

dsh plugin --profile web add github:LiBinDeve/dsh-secretary

The original plugin implementation is unchanged. Known limitations are documented in README.md. Offline contract checks passed; a full live Harness installation has not been verified.

The .tgz asset contains the installable plugin package.
