Bibliography
The Bibliography class is for entering the details of the article and different samples tested.
The example shown uses data from D. Cheng et al,. Carbon 154, 58, (2019): 10.1016/j.carbon.2019.07.094
To use the Bibliography GUI in a Jupyter notebook, copy the Bibliography.py file to the same directory as your Jupyter notebook, and use:
from Bibliography import Bibliography
bib = Bibliography()
bib.tab
In the Save and Reload tab, you can either Create new data, or Reload previous data. Clicking the button opens a file explorer where you can select or create a new folder:

On clicking 'confirm', the selected directory is shown to the right of the 'confirm' button.
In the Article details tab, you can enter information to identify the article. The 'Optional label' is mostly for the user's convenience, but also helps differentiate between articles with the same first author name and publication year:

On clicking 'Save article details', the time of data saving is displayed next to the button to provide confirmation (here and for later tabs)
Details of the carbon host matrix are entered where available. Different host matrices can be entered in the accordion at the bottom of the tab (see Fig. 3b). (here, differentiated by carbon type and by sulfur loading (wt%)). To ensure consistency and for convenience, common values can be entered in the fields at the top (here, the carbon source, sulfur loading method, conductive additive, binder, and electrode solvent), and copied into the corresponding fields for all of the accordion entries by clicking ‘update common’ (see Fig. 3a).

Details of the electrochemical testing parameters are entered where available. Text fields left empty (e.g. ‘Separator type’) and numerical fields set to 0 (e.g. ‘E/S ratio (µL/g)) are treated as missing data.

A qualitative estimate of the presence of crystalline S8 following sulfur loading is recorded. If XRD data is provided for a host matrix, the checkbox in the left column is marked as ‘True’, and if the XRD data shows visually apparent S8 peaks, the checkbox in the right column is also marked as ‘True’; if the XRD spectrum shows no visible S8 peaks, the checkbox in the right column is unchecked (‘False’). If no XRD spectrum is shown for a given host matrix, the checkbox in the left column is unchecked (‘None’).
