Fixed

• The settings row was missing entirely — it used a bare ctx that was not in scope, so rendering threw and React dropped the row. This is why no language switcher appeared in Settings → General.
• Installing now prunes stale files left by earlier versions, so the profile copy can no longer drift from the checkout silently.

84 offline assertions pass; the suite now renders every registered slot component with its real injected props, so a crash confined to one row turns CI red.
