Bug Fixes

• Google image uploads fail visibly — a missing or failed Gemini
  attachment now stops the request instead of sending it without the file.
• Finished and crashed runs are no longer treated as still running — TeXRA
  no longer infers that a run is live just because it has no stored outcome, so
  a run another process owns or one that died is reported accurately.
• Workflows cannot read storage files by raw path — a workflow step that
  names a workspace-storage file that is not a declared child-run output is
  refused.

Extension (VS Code) and Desktop

Bug Fixes

• The session transcript uses the full panel width.
• Selected conversation tabs and settings cards are readable — selected-row
  text now contrasts against the highlight instead of blending into it.
• The follow-up composer is easier to use — extra empty space above the
  placeholder is gone, and focus stays on the composer card.
