Decky Neutron v0.1.3

The plugin is now named Decky Neutron in Decky Loader and throughout its interface.

Install DeckyNeutron-v0.1.3.zip through Decky Settings → General → Developer mode → Developer → Install Plugin from ZIP File.

Updating from Neutron Navigator: restart Decky Loader or your Steam Deck after installing. The internal installation folder stays the same to preserve your settings and saved route.

Includes the updated installation guide. The interface layout and routing behavior are unchanged.
