  • Unicode support for windows by specifying utf-8 in manifest
    • only works for windows 10 1903 or later
    • produces smaller binary and use less memory compared to use wchar_t windows API (also easier to write and maintain)
  • Removed the dependencies on fmt and arg_parse, replace nolhmann/json with daw_json_link
    • arg_parse works poorly with unicode
    • greatly reduce the binary size
  • Switch to mode.minsizerel from mode.release for release
  • Reduce unneccessary internal string copys
  • Fix some UB caused by dangling
