Version 1 Release Candidate 1

New Features:

• Validating input data on encoding to make creating slabs safer and more transparent about what went wrong.
• Interactive mode supports this input validation for entering the TaleSpire base directory.
• Allow parsing of slabs without triple backticks
• Better platform independence on paths

Windows build coming soon. Maybe. Maybe I'll leave it be until full V1 release.
