Gravity Rush Remastered PC 0.1.9

New controls and a mouse that turns the camera directly. On 0.1.8, the launcher offers this version when it opens.

New

• Mouse look that feels like a PC game. The mouse now turns the game's camera directly, on the ground and while floating: at once, without the drift and the speed cap the game gives the right stick, and by your mouse's own counts, so its DPI set the speed. Every count turns the view by the same angle at any frame rate. The pointer stays in the game window while you play; the Insert menu or Alt+Tab frees it.
• A new Controls page. Choose what you play with (automatic, controller, or keyboard and mouse; the connected controller is found by itself) and PlayStation or Xbox button names. Every PS4 button can be remapped on the controller and on the keyboard and mouse, with two keys per button: Alt, Ctrl, Esc and the mouse buttons included. A key you take from another button is removed from it, with a notice.
• Gravity slide on one key. L2 + R2 together can sit on a single key or button (Left Ctrl by default).
• Mods folder. On the Game page, switch mods on and choose their folder.

Fixes

• The "Unlimited" frame rate is really unlimited. It used to stop at 60 FPS; now it goes up to your monitor's refresh rate with vertical sync, and higher without it. Movies still play at 60.
• Dialogs (such as Quit) no longer show parts of the page behind them on top.

Please note

This port is developed for the European release only (CUSA01113, version 01.00). Other releases, such as the American one (CUSA01130), may start and play, but the port's work on the game does not apply to them: 1080p only, the game's shadows, a gravity-shift camera that may swing above 60 FPS, and a mouse that turns the camera through the right stick.

Install

On 0.1.8 or earlier: accept the update when the launcher offers it. Your saves, settings and mods are kept.
New install: extract the zip anywhere (not inside the zip itself), open Gravity Rush Launcher.exe, choose your game folder on the Game page, and press Play.

You need your own copy of Gravity Rush Remastered (PS4), European release CUSA01113 version 01.00, as an unpacked game folder. You also need Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit) and a Vulkan 1.3 graphics card.
